Camellia Tea Room - Benicia
Unfortunately, this tea room is now closed. It apparently did not survive the pandemic. A small and cozy place with a traditional British-style tea service. Good food and good tea in a pleasant and quaint atmosphere. I found the decor to be a bit frilly but don't let that stop you from enjoying yourself. Downtown Benicia itself has a lovely and relaxed feel, so take a walk down to the pier or visit an antique mall before or after your meal. I also highly recommend making a reservation.
